3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

8.1 Governing Interpretation

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation.
